She has went on to set a record at the Olympics that brought Dominique Dawse to tears. She makes gymnastics look like a walk in the park… Yet, all we can talk about is her ponytail being unkept. WHAT?!?!?!?!? I guess people are thinking with their asses now, huh? This is one of those situations where I question hatred in general. People are so mad that a 16 year old black girl showed out in the Olympics the way that she did. Her performance was flawless. The last thing that I noticed after watching it was her hair. I felt PRIDE. Thank you, Gabby. People all over the internet where making comments about her amazing athleticism then immediately afterwards, they started going in on her hair. The fact that people are trying to make her hair over shadow her moment is absolutely Crazy. Grow up people. This is her moment, let her have it. She and her family have sacrifice. She has earned it.
